2017 Event Information for drivers, campers and spectators.
Event: Demolition derby.

What: 2 days of demolition derby (Sat 24-Sun 25) Camping Friday-Sat- Sun
 
Event is RAIN OR SHINE! If it happens to be raining please DON’T contact us asking if it cancelled because of rain.
Gates open for camping on Friday Morning at 10AM. Please dont be on the grounds before then. Please bring an extension cord for hydro. 
GPS for drivers and campers: 20 Rowe Street
 
Driver and ONE pit person will get on the grounds for free. Driver and pit person MUST be with the car to get on the grounds for free- Everyone else MUST pay gate admission. 
 
Only ONE tow vehicle per car in the pit area. NO DEMO CARS IN THE CAMPING AREA!!
 
Friday gates open at 10AM for camping and demo cars.
 
Pro Mini team heat draws Friday night at approx 8:00PM
 
Saturday gates open for drivers at 7AM
Friday tech will be from 3-6. This is for the mini teams ONLY. If your car doesn’t get a stick first pass you will re tech Saturday morning.  
 All teams MUST tech together. 
Saturday sign in/tech opens at 8:00AM
 
Spectator gates open Saturday at 1:00PM
 
Saturday event starts at 3:00PM- If you do not have a stick BEFORE the drivers meeting you won’t run. Tech closes at 2PM Drivers meeting to start at 2:15PM in the tech barn.
Sunday sign in/tech opens at 8:30AM
 
Spectator gates open Sunday at 11:00AM
 
Sunday event starts at 1:00PM
Sunday gates open for drivers at 7:00AM- If you do not have a stick BEFORE the drivers meeting you won’t run. Tech closes at 12PM Drivers meeting to start at 12:15PM in the tech barn.

RV Power sites- Approx 20’X40′- Limited number of sites- Approx 30 in general population and 5-7 in the family section. Allows 4 adults and 2 children on each site. Gate fee and pit passes are not included. NO WATER- SOLD OUT 
 
Premium Tent Power sites- Approx 12’X12′- 36 total sites. These sites have a roof over each site with hydro and water access.. Allows 4 adults and 2 children on each site. Gate fee and pit passes are not included.
 
Rough tent sites- Approx 16’X20- Approx 60 in general population and 15 in the family section. Allows 4 adults and 2 children on each site. Gate fee and pit passes are not included. NO hydro or water
 
RV sites- Approx 20’X40′- Limited number of sites- Approx 30 in general population and 5-7 in the family section.Allows 4 adults and 2 children on each site. Gate fee and pit passes are not included. NO Hydro or water.
 
Greg & Yvette Johnson nor anyone from the IMPACT crew is looking after the camping. The Orono side of the WOW board is dealing with camping.
 
There will be showers inside the arena. $5 per pass or 3 for $10.
 
NO campfires on your site. There will be a bonfire each night controlled by the Orono Fair Board

Please no Glass bottles on the grounds.
 
Everyone staying overnight on the grounds will need a camping spot. No sleeping in trucks in the pit area.
